A perfect price comparing to the benefits you get, well-organised and cooperated management, wonderful shared places like a big swimming pool, billiard table and there are also some books you can read while you make some laundries, very calm and safe place suits the families and the students as well near to the to late bus stops 30 minutes to Brisbane city and less than 10 minutes to Nathan campus of Griffith University 15 minutes to Garden city where many restaurants and big mall there

Refer a Friend – Terms and Conditions
A referrer is the person who refers their friends. A friend is the person who is referred. The referrer part in this promotion is open to anyone who is living at Unipark. The friend part is only open to students who are over 18 who book directly with Unipark.
The promotion is not open to employees, agents, contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Promoter’s related bodies corporate or any third parties associated with this promotion.
The referrer will receive $100 rent credit when one of their friends, that they have referred to Unipark, books a room for 12 months or more.
The referrer will receive $50 rent credit when one of their friends, that they have referred to Unipark, books a room for 6 to 12 months.
Rewards will only be paid when evidence of a referral is presented at the time of the friend booking or when the friend is moving in such as a filled out ‘Refer A Friend’ flyer or email with both referrer and friends details on it. Unipark will take no responsibility for incorrect or illegible details written on the voucher or flyer.
Payments will be paid with a rent credit to referrers who live at Unipark and friends. Payment will be made by cheque to referrers who do not live at Unipark.
Unipark will make every effort to get in touch using the details provided to organise payment. Payment will be made once:
1. Unipark has received payment of the friend’s bond for their booking
2. Unipark has received evidence of the referral with the referrer and friend’s details provided
3. The friend has moved in and has been living at Unipark for two weeks
4. Only one referrer per friend is allowed however a referrer can refer as many friends as they like.
All other terms and conditions including Unipark House Rules apply during the stay. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and is non exchangeable. This offer is subject to availability.
